Job summary

Life Science Connect is hiring an SDR to train in new business development and client outreach within the life sciences space. You will learn the market, understand our value proposition, and progress toward a Business Development Manager role through structured milestones.

You will support the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and targeted outreach while gaining exposure to strategic client discussions and performance metrics. A strong curiosity and data‑driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Life Sciences or Business fields.
Interest in sales or business development within life sciences.
Experience with data analytics or presenting insights is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop foundational understanding of Life Science Connect’s platforms and offerings.
Support sales in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns under guidance of senior leaders.
Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions to sharpen skills.
Gain exposure to client conversations, planning, and performance measurement.
Demonstrate growth through milestones in communication and sales proficiency.
