Job summary

The role blends people leadership with deep industry and platform expertise to demonstrate how automation and AI transform regulated processes across pharma, biotech, medtech, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry domain knowledge in life sciences (pharma/biotech/medtech).
• Technical architecture skills to guide complex, regulated designs.
• Track record partnering with sales on account strategy & deal support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Sales Engineers focused on life sciences, setting priorities and maintaining credibility.
• Partner with sales leadership to build account and territory strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, industry-specific demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
• Personally engage on strategic deals with executive-level conversations and technical architecture discussions.
• Drive discovery methodology to quantify business value and uncover automation opportunities.
