The Life Sciences SaaS Software Sales Account Manager will lead sales strategies in California, reporting to the Director, North America Sales. This remote role covers accounts in California and potentially other territories.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing territorial and account responsibilities for California, focusing on biopharma and biotech clients.
  2. Developing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  3. Building new pipelines to meet regional and personal targets.
  4. Creating and executing account plans.
  5. Educating clients on industry challenges and IDBS solutions through meetings, presentations, and conferences.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of SaaS enterprise software sales experience in Life Sciences, including biopharma, bioprocessing, or bioanalytics.
  • Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and long sales cycles (12–18 months).

Travel and environment:

  • Ability to travel approximately 50% to customer sites.
