Job summary

Hueman People Solutions is seeking a Life Sciences Sales Executive focused on the PrincetonOne brand to sell RPO services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations. The role covers discovery through commercial manufacturing and requires credible conversations with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Talent Acquisition leaders.

The position is hybrid for the greater Jacksonville, FL area with optional remote days Tuesdays and Fridays, and remote for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 6+ years of RPO or staffing sales in life sciences, biotech, or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business with pharma, biotech, and medical device prospects across development and commercial life cycle.
• Generate leads using social media and online sourcing to identify R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply chain prospects.
• Manage prospects through the full sales cycle, translating hiring needs into RPO solutions.
• Speak credibly about early- and commercial-stage needs (IND/IDE, GMP, CMO/CDMO) as a life sciences partner.
• Identify expansion opportunities as clients move from clinical to commercial manufacturing.
• Generate relationships and leads at life sciences conferences across R&D to distribution.
• Manage the sales funnel in CRM and collaborate with leadership on long-term relationships.
