This permanent, full-time role includes hands-on training under Jon Orsbourn, exposure to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client development, and the path to ownership of your own clients as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Learn the recruitment process through hands-on training and day-to-day coaching.
• Source and engage with candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Support candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep.
• Understand client requirements, roles and company cultures.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development through calls, emails, and networking.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records.
• Stay up to date with life sciences industry trends and market developments.
• Shadow experienced consultants and learn best practices across recruitment, sales and relationship management.
• Take on increasing responsibility and ownership as skills develop.
