Job summary

ATCC is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support its primary and advanced model business. This role focuses on product strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite) in Gaithersburg, MD or Manassas, VA.

The Associate PM will analyze customer, market, competitive, and operational data to drive portfolio decisions and roadmap planning, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Scientific teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or equivalent (Master's 0 years, HS diploma 6 years).
• Experience analyzing customer, market, competitive, operational, and business information to support product and portfolio decisions.
• Experience developing business cases, analyses, forecasts, and product content to support commercialization and pricing strategies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Scientific, or Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Product lifecycle and portfolio management including launches, enhancements, and end-of-life planning.
• Market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and portfolio decisions.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and analyses to support portfolio planning and resource prioritization.
• Support roadmap updates, product positioning, and go-to-market activities including pricing and launch planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Scientific teams.
