Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Executive of Life Sciences to oversee the life sciences business and multiple project teams. The role requires experience in R&D and cGMP delivery, strategic leadership, client relationships, and strong talent recruitment and risk management.

The candidate will mentor project managers, drive growth, and ensure alignment with divisional goals through effective execution and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel to pursue life sciences accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide oversight of life sciences growth and project execution.
• Lead project cost projections and ensure profitability alignment.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, staffing, and financial tracking.
• Mentor and develop life sciences project leaders.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure policy adherence.
• Address high-level issues and risk mitigation.
