Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring ability in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of construction financials, risk management, and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel for life sciences accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Own life sciences growth through talent recruitment, BD, and seamless execution of projects.
• Lead fiscal planning, goals, and strategic direction for the business unit.
• Oversee project cost projections, BU profitability, and risk management.
• Ensure adherence to policies, quality, safety, schedule, and client relations.
• Provide executive oversight on scheduling, procurement, staffing, and financial tracking.
• Support project managers and field leadership to ensure excellence in operations.
• Collaborate across departments for operational alignment within the BU.
• Act as a point of contact for high-level issue resolution and risk mitigation.
