Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Executive of Life Sciences. The role oversees life sciences business, multiple project teams and project managers, ensuring alignment with growth goals and effective risk management.

Leadership, mentorship, and client satisfaction are central to this senior position. The role requires experience in R&D and cGMP project delivery, plus demonstrated ability to recruit top life sciences talent and deliver strong financial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience.
• 15+ years leadership in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Strong financial, risk management, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel for life sciences accounts and projects.
• Experience mentoring and developing project leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level life sciences client relationships and future talent pipelines.
• Own life sciences growth through talent recruitment, business development and execution.
• Contribute to BU fiscal planning, goals, and strategic direction.
• Manage project cost projections and profitability alignment.
• Ensure quality, cost, schedule, safety and client relations in projects.
• Provide executive oversight on scheduling, procurement, staffing and financial tracking.
• Support R&D and cGMP project managers and field leadership.
• Collaborate across departments for policy adherence and operational alignment.
• Serve as point of contact for high-level issue resolution and risk mitigation.
