Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Controls Manager/Analyst to support life sciences construction projects in the Worcester, MA area. The role focuses on keeping schedules and budgets aligned with client expectations, drawing on cost management and estimating expertise within a high-growth firm.

Qualifications

Experience in project controls, budgeting and cost management for life sciences construction.
Ability to set up project coding and reporting for client projects.
Strong collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Perform project controls activities including invoicing, purchase orders, budgeting and cost management.
Support portfolios, programs and projects with timely, accurate reporting.
Consolidate funding information and prepare holistic funding requests.
Collaborate with clients to set up project systems, coding and inputs workflow.
Provide governance information and relevant reports to enable control of projects.
Assist in construction technology workflows and flow of information for execution and control.
Support development of procure-to-pay strategies and supplier onboarding.
Forecast, influence outcomes and identify risk with mitigation actions.
Ensure closure of projects with all financial activities completed.
