Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director, Project Controls to lead multi-site capital projects, including cGMP/cGLP Life Science programs. You will guide design, planning, budgeting and vendor management, interfacing with clients to deliver outcomes and managing senior staff.

Ideal candidates have extensive project controls experience in life sciences with strong client relations and strategic direction abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Twelve or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
Must have Life Sciences experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced project management with budgeting and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

Interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and goals.
Manage project budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports for the client.
Oversee due diligence, design, entitlements, scheduling, procurement and vendor selection.
Lead on-site supervision and ensure performance criteria are met.
Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities.
