Job summary

Cumming Group seeks an Associate Director, Project Controls to work onsite at a life sciences client in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will forecast deviations, develop mitigations and lead large-scale projects with accountability for cost, schedule and risk.

You will oversee multiple accounts, supervise staff, and contribute to business development while ensuring strong delivery and financial performance across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years exp in project controls across large programs.
• BS in Construction Management or related field required.
• MRICS, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts with growth potential in project controls.
• Lead capital planning, governance, front end planning, funding and setup.
• Manage schedule control, risk mgmt and project close-out.
• Provide mentorship and lead staff development.
• Support business development and fee proposals.
• Ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
