Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to drive project execution in Digital CMC and PLM transformation work within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. This role focuses on enabling digital thread and data backbone concepts to build AI-ready foundations for clients across pharma, biotech, and MedTech sectors.

You will lead global teams, apply deep industry expertise, and influence senior stakeholders toward world-class delivery while expanding thought leadership in PLM and data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
• Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence.
• Effectively manage networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support worldclass delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets.
• Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
