Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive Digital CMC and PLM transformation within our Supply Chain & Engineering team for Life Sciences. You will work with pharma, biotech, MedTech and distributor clients to enable digital thread and data backbone for AI-driven operations.

Role involves delivering program priorities, leading work products, and mentoring teammates. Travel 0–75% and a broad benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
Exposure to material flow and manufacturing engineering in automotive/industrial manufacturing plants; knowledge of related workstreams (PFEP, data, IT/OT integration) is important.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of business and technology transformations in PLM, CMC, data as a product, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and beyond.
Build knowledge to support selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
Engage in project delivery, lead work products, and mentor others.
Communicate effectively to manage internal and external relationships with excellence.
Support practice and people development in PLM, digital CMC, product development and data management.
