Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to drive digital CMC and PLM transformation within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. We work with pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech, distributor and consumer health clients globally to redefine the future of the life sciences industry, combining technology with scientific breakthroughs to deliver medicines and products to patients.

This role enables digital thread and data backbone concepts to build AI-enabled foundations and supports

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing in digital CMC and PLM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if associate degree, minimum 6 years work experience.
• Bonus Points if hybrid experience in consulting and Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations using deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled transformation work.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
• Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence.
• Effectively manage networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders for world-class delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams.
• Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for Life Sciences.
