Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to drive project execution in Digital CMC and PLM transformation work within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. The role focuses on enabling digital thread and data backbone concepts to build AI-ready foundations for clients worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, and drive engagement with senior client stakeholders, delivering impactful transformations across pharma, biotech, MedTech and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations by leveraging PLM, CMC, and AI-enabled transformations.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond.
• Build and apply knowledge to support selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
• Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence.
• Effectively manage networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support worldclass delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets.
• Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences
