Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive Digital CMC and PLM transformation work within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. You will work with pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech and consumer health clients globally to redefine how medicines are discovered, developed and delivered.
This role enables digital thread and data backbone concepts at client sites to build AI-ready foundations, with responsibilities spanning project delivery, mentoring, and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as part of a team focused consulting or industry in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM
- Demonstrated exposure to material flow and manufacturing engineering in automotive/industrial manufacturing plants; familiarity with workstreams like PFEP, data lineage, and AI-enabled transformation
Responsibilities
- Support project delivery of business and technology transformations with deep PLM/CMC expertise
- Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and beyond
- Build and apply technical knowledge to support opportunities with clients
- Engage in project delivery with hands-on work, leading work products and mentoring others
- Communicate effectively to manage internal and external relationships and deliver with excellence
- Support practice and people development across PLM, digital CMC, data management and product development
