Key Responsibilities
- Handle patent litigation cases involving complex scientific and technical subject matter.
- Work with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and manage case workflow.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case arguments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and internal teams throughout all stages of litigation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law and in good standing in New York (or eligible to waive in).
- Solid experience in patent litigation within a law firm setting.
- Strong academic background and superior written/oral advocacy skills.
Education
- JD required; advanced technical degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields strongly preferred.
Certifications
- Active Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
