Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including commercial agreements, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Support trademark portfolio management and coordination with external counsel.
• Maintain license calendars, renewals, and licensing processes.
• Provide general legal, corporate, and compliance support across business operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.
