EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead techno-functional transformations for Life Sciences producers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure value realization in regulated environments.

The role blends manufacturing expertise with data, AI, and digital delivery, driving quality, risk management, and client relationships across complex programs. Remote work options are available across the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, or business.
10+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing tech, operational excellence, AI, or related fields.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation in pharma/biotech/medical-device or regulated environments.
Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance, resources, quality, financial performance, and risk accountability.
Experience leading senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, data, and tech workstreams.
Translating manufacturing requirements into process, system, data, integration, security requirements with traceability.
Practical understanding of GxP manufacturing, data integrity, and regulatory considerations.
Ability to travel 80-100%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, MS&T, engineering, supply chain, digital and IT/OT.
Translate priorities into actionable workplans and outcome measures.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data engineering, AI, architecture, integration, quality, change management, testing, deployment.
Shape design for batch and discrete execution, eDHRs, recipes, routing, genealogy, review by exception, quality workflows.
Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, cloud/edge platforms.
Establish trusted data foundations with models, master data, metadata, lineage, governance, IT/OT connectivity.
Shape analytics and AI use cases; assess data readiness, workflow fit, and risks before scaling.
Partner with client quality and validation for GxP controls, data integrity, and electronic records.
