Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, operational excellence, AI, or related field.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives in regulated environments such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data, and quality.
