Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharma, biotech, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems and data, guiding design, implementation, and stabilization.

The role combines plant-floor credibility with data, AI, automation, and disciplined delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, establish governance, and deliver measurable value in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
10+ years in life sciences manufacturing or related.
Experience leading complex transformation in regulated environments.
Experience with client-facing programs and governance.
Ability to travel 80-100%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
Build governance and drive timely decisions with senior stakeholders.
Translate priorities into practical workplans and measures.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data engineering, and quality.
Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and cloud platforms.
Shape analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and risk assessment.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and delivery quality and handover.
