EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformations for pharma, biotech, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems and drive data- and AI-enabled improvements across engineering, quality, and IT/OT teams.

The role combines plant-floor credibility with strategic, techno-functional leadership, ensuring governance, risk management, and value realization in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences required.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing tech, or related consulting.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformations in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance, resources, quality, and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data, and quality.
• Lead solution and process design for batch and discrete execution, eDHRs, recipes, and routes.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT platforms.
