EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformative programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, shaping data, AI, automation, and disciplined program delivery in regulated environments.

You will manage scope, budget, and teams, ensuring governance, risk management, and value realization while traveling as needed to deliver outcomes across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing tech, or related areas.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Experience delivering client-facing programs through design, implementation, deployment and stabilization.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders across business, data and technology workstreams.
• Translating manufacturing requirements into process, system, data, and integration specs with traceability.
• Practical understanding of GxP, data integrity, and validation considerations for digital solutions.
• Ability to travel 80-100% as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and establish governance for timely decisions.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data engineering, AI, and quality workflows.
• Lead design for batch/discrete execution, eBRs/eDHRs, recipes and routings, and genealogy.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and cloud/edge platforms.
