Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing for Life Sciences in the US. You will lead transformation programs across pharmaceutical, biotechnologies, and medical devices, aligning plant operations with enterprise data, AI, and automation.

The role combines plant-floor expertise with governance, risk management, and client leadership. You will guide teams through design, deployment, and stabilization while maintaining quality and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related
• 10+ years of relevant life sciences manufacturing and tech delivery experience
• Experience leading complex transformations in regulated environments
• Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance and risk accountability
• Ability to travel as needed (90%+ in some cases)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data, and analytics programs
• Lead design for batch and discrete execution, eDHRs, recipe management, and quality workflows
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, QMS, and historians to enable data-driven operations
• Establish data foundations with governance, master data, and secure OT/IT connectivity
• Shape analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and risk considerations
• Collaborate with validation teams on GxP, data integrity, and change control
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment
• Connect digital solutions to daily management and continuous improvement
• Develop delivery teams and reusable methods with scalable impact
• Foster talent development and leadership across teams
