Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers. You will define the operational problem, design solutions, and drive adoption across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT/OT teams to connect plant operations with enterprise data and systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related field.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformations in regulated environments.
Client-facing program delivery with governance and risk accountability.
Experience spanning plant floor to enterprise systems integration.
Experience with GxP, data integrity, and validation.
Willingness to travel 80–100% as required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations.
Build governance and drive timely decisions with senior stakeholders.
Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data, and quality.
Lead design for batch and discrete execution and eBR/eDHRs.
Guide MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT integrations.
Establish data foundations with governance and metadata lineage.
Shape analytics and AI use cases with value and risk assessment.
Ensure quality and regulatory controls in delivery plans.
Manage scope, budget, and staffing; oversee testing and handover.
Connect digital solutions to daily management and continuous improvement.
Develop leaders and reusable methods; identify follow-on opportunities with account teams.
