Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device manufacturers. You’ll connect plant operations with enterprise systems, guiding teams in manufacturing execution, automation, data, and AI solutions within regulated settings.
You will shape processes and operating models, ensure delivery quality, and manage governance, risks, and client relationships, with travel as required by engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing experience or equivalent.
- Experience leading complex, regulated manufacturing transformations.
- Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations across functions.
- Build governance and drive timely decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcomes.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across MES/MOM, automation, data, and AI.
- Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS and historians.
- Shape analytics use cases and assess data readiness and risk.
