EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformative programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device clients. You will connect plant operations with enterprise data, design operating models, and guide cross-functional teams through design, deployment and stabilization in regulated environments.

This techno-functional role demands credibility, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery leadership with emphasis on MES/MOM, data, and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading complex transformation in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance and risk management.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment through value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and establish governance.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing design, automation, data engineering, AI, and quality.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT platforms.
• Establish data foundations with master data, lineage, governance, and secure connectivity.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases with value, data readiness, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with quality and validation teams for GxP controls and data integrity.
