EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers. You will define the operational problem, build the value case, and drive design, deployment, stabilization, and measurable results across plant operations and enterprise systems.

This techno-functional delivery role requires credibility to redesign processes and operating models and the ability to lead teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related field.
10+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related experience.
Experience leading complex transformations in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical-device).
Experience delivering client-facing programs from design to stabilization with governance and risk accountability.
Experience leading senior stakeholders across business, data, and technology workstreams.
Translating manufacturing requirements into process, system, data, integration, and security requirements with traceability.
GxP, data integrity, documentation, change-control understanding.
Ability to travel 80-100% as needed.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations with measurable value realization.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data, AI, and deployment.
Lead design for batch and discrete execution, eDHRs, recipes and routings.
Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and cloud platforms.
Establish trusted data foundations with governance, master data, and lineage.
Shape analytics and AI use cases; assess value, data readiness, and risks.
Partner with quality/validation for GxP controls and data integrity in delivery plans.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and handover.
Connect digital solutions to daily management and continuous improvement.
Develop teams and reusable methods; identify follow-on opportunities.
