Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale manufacturing, facility, infrastructure, or equipment projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects in regulated industries such as life sciences or medical devices.
• Strong grasp of PM principles: scope, scheduling, budgeting, resources, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of manufacturing projects using DBS.
• Deliver capital and operational projects safely, on time, within scope and budget, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage scope changes, assess impacts, and drive change control to minimize deviations.
• Establish regular updates with senior leadership, providing visibility on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Prepare CapEx justifications, financial analyses, budgets, and executive-level investment presentations.
