Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Director for Membrane Plants to lead its global membrane manufacturing network across three U.S. sites, including Pensacola.

You will drive manufacturing excellence, capacity expansion, and quality improvements in highly technical processes within a regulated life sciences environment. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial leaders, and a proven track record of scaling operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Extensive manufacturing leadership with multisite/global operations experience in life sciences/biotech.
• Lean manufacturing and quality systems knowledge with DBS/TPM experience.
• Ability to influence and align executive stakeholders across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead membrane operations across multiple sites ensuring performance and stability.
• Drive capacity planning and supply continuity for downstream needs.
• Own end-to-end membrane manufacturing metrics (yield, quality, scrap, OEE, cycle time).
• Develop leadership in membrane teams and mentor succession planning.
• Deploy DBS principles and establish standard work across sites.
• Plan long-term technology, capacity expansion, and digitization efforts.
