The role involves selecting components, supervising contractors, and leading cross-functional teams through design and installation. You will travel 10% to support other Cytiva sites and perform on-site installation and qualification activities on challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical preferred)
• Experience with control panel design and PLC programming
• Ability to manage multiple projects across desk design, field installation, and manufacturing floor activities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and vendor management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support, troubleshoot electrical systems, and select components.
• Design electrical systems and create detailed electrical documentation.
• Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams through concept, design, procurement, installation, and qualification phases.
• Manage vendor relationships for membrane manufacturing equipment and supervise contractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support equipment installation qualification and drive continuous performance and reliability improvements.
