Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II to lead delivery on pharmaceutical and biotech capital projects, including manufacturing facilities and cleanrooms. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and regulatory functions within regulated environments, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering, construction management, or applicable field of study, and seven (7) years of work-related experience; or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles (scope, cost, schedule, risk, and change management)
• Working knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national regulations
• Familiarity with project management and project controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, cost management systems)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities across EPFC/CM projects
• Support pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences capital projects including facilities and cleanrooms
• Develop contract understanding to support project management team
• Lead coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, validation, and regulatory teams
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes in a controlled manner
• Ensure alignment with GMP, FDA and other regulatory requirements in regulated environments
