EY is seeking a Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device clients. You will drive plant-performance improvements, quality, and supply reliability using practical manufacturing knowledge combined with digital, data, and AI skills.

You will manage end-to-end workstreams from assessment through solution design, implementation, testing, adoption, and stabilization in regulated environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or data/AI experience.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and at least one deployment phase.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Ability to translate needs into process, data, and testing deliverables and coordinate contributors.

Mansioni

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production/quality processes and plant data through workshops and analysis.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, eBR, genealogy, and connected-worker tools.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and cloud/edge platforms.
• Define data mappings and data-quality controls for reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover support, and handover for your workstream.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions across manufacturing, quality, IT, OT, and vendors.
