Responsibilities

• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research and summarize findings.
• Help organize and track research-related agreements (NDAs, collaboration agreements).
• Support compliance documentation, records, and internal reviews.
• Prepare meeting materials, legal files, and project notes.
• Learn about legal topics related to research partnerships, IP, and institutional policies.
