Qualifications

• Mid-level associate (class of 2020-2022) with substantial life sciences experience.
• Active New York Bar or eligible to waive in.

• Experience in IP & technology transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IP & technology transactional matters for clients in life sciences.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize agreements with cross-office teams.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
