IP & Technology Transactions

The IP & Technology Transactions group in New York is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2022-2020) with substantial experience in the life sciences space. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. Ideal candidate must be an active member of the New York bar (or able to waive in) and will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across offices and practice areas. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
