Qualifications

• 3 years of legal experience in intellectual property transactions.
• Life sciences technology transactions experience required.
• JD required.
• Admission to the bar in the state of the office where resident.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, partnering, and licensing agreements.
• Assist with foundational agreements for life sciences companies, including university licenses, clinical trial agreements, and material transfer agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, licensing agreements, and product research, development, and commercialization matters.
• Support life sciences and general technology clients on IP and commercial strategy.
• Assist in developing and implementing intellectual property strategies for companies in life sciences and other innovation-driven sectors.
• Research and analyze technologies across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital health, fintech, AI, IT, edtech, renewable energy, AR/VR, and cybersecurity.
• Advise on IP and technology aspects of venture capital financings, public offerings, and M&A transactions.
• Work directly with experienced advisors, clients, and cross-functional deal teams.
