Qualifications

• 3–4 years of IP licensing and tech transaction experience.
• Experience in life sciences licensing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate intellectual property licenses, including patent and trademark licenses.
• Engage in joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Handle technology licenses and services agreements, including software as a service agreements.
• Conduct IP and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Participate in technology transfers and distribution agreements.
