Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in life sciences licensing and technology transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses (patent and trademark).
• Experience with joint development, collaboration, and other strategic alliance agreements; SaaS and software licenses; distribution agreements; and related due diligence.

Responsibilities

• License negotiations and drafting for IP licenses and technology transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating agreements (including JDA, collaboration, software/SaaS, and distribution).
• Conducting IP and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions.
