- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for licenses and SaaS agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate IP licenses (patent and trademark).
- Engage in joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements.
- Handle technology licenses and SaaS agreements.
- Conduct IP and technology transaction due diligence for corporate deals.
- Assist with technology transfers and distribution agreements.
