Responsibilities

• Represent biotech and pharmaceutical clients in patent licensing and collaboration agreements.
• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions.
• Collaborate with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.
• Engage in transactions involving therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health.
