Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Product Manager / Proxy Product Owner to lead delivery for a life sciences cold-chain IoT platform. You will bridge business stakeholders, product leadership, and a distributed engineering team to ensure a clear vision, prioritized backlog, and successful business outcomes.

You will translate objectives into epics, features, and stories, maintain readiness in Jira/Confluence, and collaborate with UX, QA, and operations to define KPIs and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership for enterprise software or B2B SaaS products.
• At least 3 years in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Experience as a client-facing Product Manager/PO with distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Proxy Product Owner and manage day-to-day backlog activities.
• Drive product discovery, define MVPs, prioritize capabilities, and execute roadmaps.
• Translate objectives into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
