Job summary

PAXAFE is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the four core product modules (Lane Qualification, Data-Agnostic Visibility Command Center, Temperature Release, Insights) and to drive AI-native features leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and data science to deliver value for pharmaceutical logistics teams and QA leaders.

You will partner with Solutions Engineers, ML/AI teams, and Customer Success to translate complex supply chain

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for 4 core modules: Lane Qualification, Data-Agnostic Visibility Command Center, Temperature Release, Insights.
• Define and prioritize features delivering measurable customer value, focusing on pharma workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams to deliver scalable AI-native features.
• Design agentic AI workflows and conversational interfaces for supply chain data and automated insights.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, Data Scientists, and Customer Success to ensure value and adoption.
