Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Liaison Director for Agentforce Life Sciences to bridge product engineering and field execution, driving best practices and accelerated deployments across Life Sciences implementations.
You will work with Salesforce Professional Services, SI partners, and global customers to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions and enablement materials.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software implementation and integration experience within Life Sciences.
- Proven track record designing scalable implementation methodologies and tools.
- Experience designing and implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
- Strong collaboration across product engineering, field teams, and customers.
Responsabilités
- Design, pilot, and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation tools.
- Establish standardized methodologies using generative AI platforms.
- Evaluate and refine implementation tools from field feedback.
- Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and training modules.
- Lead technical discovery sessions for Life Sciences use cases.
- Publish solution blueprints and best practices for recurring workflows.
- Deliver accelerators and process improvements to reduce time-to-value.
- Drive adoption through internal and external enablement sessions.
