Qualifications

• 14+ years of program or project management experience in technical or product environments.
• Experience supporting or driving execution of a strategic initiative at organizational level.
• Strong knowledge of roadmapping, dependency and risk management, and status reporting.
• Comfort working with engineering/technical teams and translating updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with senior leadership experience.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in Life Sciences, healthcare, pharma, or related regulated industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory, clinical or commercial workflows in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio execution across the Life Sciences Growth Strategy.
• Establish and run program governance and status reviews.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and unblock issues.
• Translate strategy into structured programs with clear milestones.
• Maintain risk and issue logs with mitigation plans.
• Create portfolio dashboards and executive status reporting.
• Support capacity planning and resource sequencing.
• Champion process improvements for faster, reliable execution.
• Bridge technical and business conversations with stakeholders.
