Job summary

Vivodyne is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Client Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of complex client programs across scientific, technical, and commercial teams. The role acts as the primary internal coordinator and client-facing program lead for assigned accounts, translating work plans into executable schedules and surfacing risks early.

The position requires 5+ years of cross-functional program leadership in biotech or life sciences, with strong communication skills and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or similar technical client-delivery environments.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including management of senior external stakeholders and clear status updates.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing views, and operating cadences.
• Experience coordinating and delivering study plans, work plans, technical reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Familiarity with program-management systems and tools; ability to balance multiple priorities and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of complex client programs, accountable to scope, timelines, budget, and commitments from kickoff to closeout.
• Act as a consistent client-facing program lead for assigned accounts, establishing cadence, decisions, and risk signaling.
• Lead client kickoff and delivery planning, ensuring work plans, dependencies, ownership, and prerequisites are aligned before execution.
• Coordinate data and documentation delivery, including technical reports, assay and methods documentation, data packages, and client communications.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans covering milestones, dependencies, study schedules, resources, risks, and delivery dates.
