Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support critical customer orders and operations in a fast-paced environment. You will enter orders, respond to inquiries, and help ensure accurate processing while maintaining excellent customer service.

This contract onsite position in San Diego, CA offers hybrid work options and comprehensive onboarding. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of data entry or order processing experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry/order processing/customer service/administrative support experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process a high volume of customer orders within internal databases and order management systems.
• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and responsive support.
• Review order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with order-related issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and completed accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support process improvements and navigate changes associated with new systems and workflows.
