Responsibilities

• Process written customer orders accurately into our system, meeting daily throughput and quality targets.
• Answer incoming customer calls to capture and confirm order information clearly and professionally.
• Catch and flag order discrepancies early so they can be resolved before they affect fulfillment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any volume spikes, errors, or issues that need a second set of eyes.
• Build familiarity with our order systems and processes, applying feedback to get faster and more accurate over time.
