Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a strategic Engagement Lead to drive high-impact analytics engagements for top-tier Pharma/Life Sciences clients. You will own engagements end-to-end, translating business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions while managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences and a track record of account growth are essential.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analytics.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
• Experience working within Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion.
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Strategic Translation: Translate complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage senior client stakeholders, align expectations, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts for high-quality delivery.
• Account Growth & Business Development: Identify new opportunities, shape proposals, and expand the client footprint.
